Hiteman Ladies Aid

Here is a photo found in my gr grandmothers photos. On back of photo is says Ladies Aid group. All I have identified is the lady in 2nd row, 2nd from right in light/white dress is my great grandmother Selma Edman Peterson.

This picture was taken in Albia in the 1930s. I do not know the occasion. My father, Richard Ferris, is in the row of boys standing behind the seated girls, sixth from the left (short one). My grandmother, Kate Ferris, is in the row of ladies behind the boys, ninth from the left (in front of the lady in the white hat).

I would like to know what this group of people represent, maybe a church?

Here is a picture of my GG Aunt Sarah (Bennett) and her husband Grayson Benjamin Horne (seated).
Would like to know who the others are in the photo.
I know they are sons and wives of Sarah and Grayson.
Maybe someone out there can fill in the gaps better.

This is a picture of William Warner and his 2nd wife, Sarah, with their children “his, hers, and ours” as well as grand/great-grandchildren. William Warner had 12 children with his first wife,(also named Sarah).  Sarah had 4 sons with her first husband, Benjamin Bennett.  William and Sarah had 6 daughters. (Daughters are also in another picture on the site.)  William & Sarah Warner were responsible for a total of 22 children.  I counted 112 people in this picture

I have the John Wilhite family photo album from Bowen, IL. One of the pictures in the album is a 7 year old girl ("Age 7 years") with writing in pencil on back appearing to be Minnie .unice Silkett. The photographer was Woollett in Albia, Iowa. Attached is picture.  I would like positive ID as well as determine relationship to John Wilhite family.

If you are able to help, please respond to jacquot32@frontier.com.

Thanks. Bill Jacquot
