Mary Marguerite, youngest daughter of John W. and Nora R. Newman, was born in Albia, Sept. 28, 1909, and passed away Sept. 17, 1910 at their home in this city. Little Marguerite was taken sick Tuesday and all that kind hands and loving hearts could do was done, but after a few days of intense suffering the little one quietly passed away at 1:25 p.m. Saturday. Interment was made in the Smith cemetery six miles east of Albia Monday.
